Hi, I'm Candy Maia!

I am a registered lawyer in Brazil and Portugal, with certifications in Business Training from DCU, Human Resources Management (CIPD) from the National College of Ireland, an Advanced Diploma in Irish Employment Law from The Honourable Society of King’s Inns, and Recruitment Practitioner (CertRP ERF) from Ireland.

Since moving to Ireland in 2015, I have worked in Human Resources Management and Recruitment for over three years, conducting over 5,000 interviews across various industries and specialities.

In addition to my corporate experience, I provide career consultancy and career change coaching. My journey began in 2016 when I started volunteering to help immigrant women write their CVs and secure well-paying jobs.

As demand grew, I decided to formalise my efforts, obtaining the necessary qualifications and training to offer top-notch career strategy, advice, and coaching.
